I am a big fan of Kelsey Dionne's OSR TTRPG Shadowdark.
When I joined the OSR movement about a year ago, I knew the system I
would choose would come down to a handful of options, and Shadowdark
ultimately won out for many reasons. I can't think of a better way to
describe those reasons than Kelsey's own words:
